THE SPACE BETWEEN WORDS
God lives in the silence,
in the stillness,
in the dark as well as the light,
in the great unknown
and the space between words.

PHILOSOPHY
Reflections on meaning, time, imagination, and the inner life —
where thought becomes story, and story becomes practice.
These reflections are not instructions or advice. They are personal observations from my own inner life — a living experiment in attention, presence, and meaning. If something resonates, take it gently. If it doesn’t, leave it behind.
APHORISMS
MY JOB IS NOT TO BE PERFECT.
IT IS TO BE PRESENT.
To live
is to be present.
—
“What’s the worst that can happen?”
activates fear, rage, indifference.
“What’s the best that can happen?”
activates hope, joy, wonder.
“Should have…”
these two words rocket me away from presence.
Replace “Should”
with “What.”
—
Sometimes the truth comforts.
More often, it disturbs.
Disturbance
is the germ of transformation.
—
Even in despair,
I remember the breath.
Despite all odds,
here I am breathing.
Here I am.
—
Fear passes through understanding
and becomes reverence.
—
Courage
is the final act of love.
—
The mind speaks in words.
The soul speaks in symbols.
—
The universe is speaking a language.
We must unlearn
to remember it.
—
The real meaning lives
in the space between words.
—
A secret is not always shame.
Sometimes it is sacred.
—
Extraordinary things
are accomplished day by day.
—
Draw the weeds promptly,
or they compromise the garden.
—
Choose to nourish,
not punish.
—
What is prayer
but the last light of hope.
